Digital Products (E-books)

Because e-books are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, or accessed immediately upon purchase, all e-book sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a full refund if:

  • You were charged in error or were double-charged for the same order;
  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unable to be opened or read, and we are unable to resolve the issue by providing a working replacement file; or
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and contact us within 24 hours of purchase, before downloading or accessing the file.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

We generally do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after downloading or accessing the e-book;
  • Dissatisfaction with the content, writing style, or results;
  • Failure to read or use the product;
  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase;
  • Devices or software incompatible with standard e-book formats (please check format compatibility before purchasing).

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@leanforsummer.com within 7 days of your purchase with:

  1. Your order number or the email address used at checkout;
  2. The reason for your request; and
  3. Any relevant details (e.g., a screenshot of the error, if applicable).

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3] business days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Bundled or Physical Products
